<p><strong>Apple Crisp </strong></p>

<li>10 cups thinly sliced apples ( 7 apples )</li>
<li>1/2 cup white sugar</li>
<li>1 tablespoon all-purpose flour</li>
<li>11/2  teaspoon ground cinnamon</li>
<li>1/2  cup walnuts cut finely</li>
<li>1/2 cup water</li>
</ol>

<li>1 cup quick-cooking oats</li>
<li>1 cup whole wheat flour</li>
<li>1/2 cup packed brown sugar</li>
<li>1/2 teaspoon baking powder</li>
<li>1/4 teaspoon baking soda</li>
<li>1/2 cup butter, melted</li>
</ol>
<p><strong>Cooking Directions</strong><strong></strong></p>
<ol>
<li>Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degree C).</li>
<li>Place the sliced apples in a 9&#215;13 inch pan. Mix the white sugar, 1 tablespoon flour and ground cinnamon together, and stir with apples and walnuts. Pour water on the side of the dish to keep the apples covered with the mixture .</li>
<li>Combine the oats, whole wheat flour, brown sugar, baking powder, baking soda  together then mix with the melted butter. Crumble evenly over the apple mixture, and cover the baking dish with aluminium foil.</li>
<li>Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for about 45 minutes.</li>
<li>serve it warm with Ice cream , or with fresh whipped cream</li>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Crème Caramel<br />
1 1/2 cup sugar (to make it for the pan)<br />
7 eggs<br />
Vanilla<br />
Zest of one big lemon<br />
1 tblsp. Vinegar<br />
5 cups water<br />
2 1/4 cups dry milk powder<br />
1 1/2 cups sugar.</p>
<p>Put the 11/2 cups sugar in a saucepan on fire and let the sugar dissolve and cook until the color turns dark and becomes caramel,, put off fire when you see first bubble ( don’t keep it boiling, or the taste turn bitter ). Pour the melted sugar in the pan cake and cover the bottom and the sides. Keep it to cool.<br />
Then in a bowl put eggs, vanilla, lemon zest, vinegar and beat well with electric mixer, then add sugar, milk powder and water, whisk well until sugar is dissolved.<br />
Pour the mixture in the prepared pan and put the pan in a tray full of water which comes to the middle of the pan, then put in the preheated oven, temperature 180 degree, for more than one hour until it is firm.<br />
When it is cool put it in the fridge for 6 hours before serving.<br />
Then put a serving plate on the pan and turn it up side down with the caramel sauce.</p>
<p>Tips: if some caramel sugar are sticking in the bottom of the pan, don’t try to make the pan hot to use them, so leave them, because by heating it they make a bad egg&#8217;s smell.</p>
<p>Crème Caramel with Nestlé condensed milk</p>
<p>1 1/2 cup sugar ( to make it for the pan )<br />
7 eggs<br />
2 cans Nestlé condensed milk<br />
water measured by filling the 2 cans of Nestlé<br />
4 big spoon dry milk powder<br />
vanilla ,<br />
1 tblsp. Vinegar,<br />
 zest of one lemon.</p>
<p>This is another method adapted by my grand mother using condensed milk, and it is prepared in the same way.<br />
The taste of the two almost is the same.<br />

<p>Crust<br />
250 gr.  Tea Biscuits<br />
125 gr, butter melted<br />
 1 ½ tblsp cocoa powder.<br />
Mix together and put in the mold and keep in the fridge , then prepare the filling.</p>
<p>filling<br />
1 tin condensed milk<br />
1  cream cheese  250 gr<br />
1  thick cream 125gr<br />
  2 tblsp. Gelatin powder<br />
  4 tblsp. Boiling Water<br />
1 tsp vanilla<br />
Zest of lemon .<br />
Mix the cheese , cream and condensed milk with the electric mixer add the lemon zest.<br />
Dissolve gelatin in hot water then add to the cheese mixture .<br />
put on top of the biscuits crust  and keep in the fridge<br />
Then make the topping</p>
<p>Topping<br />
250 gr. Jam ( blueberry or raspberry)<br />
2 tblsp. Corn flour<br />
Pineapple chunks<br />
 Drain from the liquid and cut the pineapple small<br />
Put the jam, corn flour and the pineapple in a pan and stir on  until start boiling<br />
Keep them to cool then put on top of the cheese mixture.<br />
Cool the cheese cake 4 hours before serving.</p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><strong>Cake with Dates and no sugar</strong></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>2 cup dates cut</p>
<p>1 cup boiling water</p>
<p>1 1/2 cup whole wheat flour</p>
<p>2   tsp baking powder</p>
<p>1/4 tsp salt</p>
<p>1/4  tsp bicarbonate of soda</p>
<p>1/2  cup  butter</p>
<p>3/4  tsp nutmeg powder</p>
<p>3 eggs</p>
<p>1 cup raisins</p>
<p>1 cup walnut finely cut</p>
<p>Sesame seeds (optional)</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Cut the dates with the knife ,  then add one cup boiling water and keep them to cool.</p>
<p>Beat  the butter ,the eggs and the  nutmeg with the mixer.</p>
<p>Mix the  flour with salt, baking powder and  bicarbonate soda ,</p>
<p>Then add them  to the eggs mixture and mix well</p>
<p>And put all together  with raisins and walnuts .</p>
<p>Prepare the cake tin , rub it with butter and dust with flour</p>
<p>Then pour the mixture and Sprinkle the top with sesame seeds.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p>Put the cake in a heated oven at 180 degree , for 45 minutes or until you put a toothpick and comes out clean .</p>
